Yneuro: Neural Biometric Authentication, a Revolution in Digital Security
In 2026, as deepfakes deceive 78% of facial recognition systems, a French startup based at Station F is proposing a radical alternative: neural signature authentication. Yneuro has developed Neuro ID®, a patented technology that analyzes the brain’s electrical activity through EEG sensors embedded in wearables (smart glasses, earbuds, AR/VR headsets). Unlike traditional biometrics (face, fingerprint, iris), this brain-based signature is unique, dynamic, and virtually impossible to forge. Authentication operates continuously, with no conscious user action required—no passwords, no gestures. Already tested by more than 100,000 users, the technology has received international awards (VivaTech, CEATEC, Unicorn Summit) and has been showcased by Meta at NeurIPS. Founded by Thomas Semah and scientifically led by Arnault Caillet (PhD in neuroscience, former Imperial College researcher), Yneuro targets a $130 billion market by 2030 and aims to establish the next global standard for digital identity.
